TIRZ 15 Paving & Drainage Improvements

The City of Houston turned to FUSED Civil to aid in the redevelopment of its East Downtown district’s tax increment reinvestment zone (TIRZ). FUSED strapped on our hard hats and got to work on drainage improvements and water lines that spanned multiple city blocks — and capped the project off with paving that kept the area safe and easy to navigate. With FUSED’s help, East Downtown is better equipped to meet and accommodate the city’s growing population and continued development.

• New storm sewer drainage system installed across 8 city blocks
• New water line system installed across 6 city blocks
• Paving, driveways & sidewalks completed across 9 city blocks
