FUSED is a member of The Associated General Contractors of America and Houston Contractors of America Association. We are ASME B31 certified for pressure piping, and have expertise in support of a number of individually published sections under the American National Standard for various piping installations.
One of our core areas of expertise is process piping. We focus on the entire piping system inclusive of pipes, flanges, supports, gaskets, bolts, valves, strainers, flexible and expansion joints. The integrity of your piping system is dependent on each of the key functions – design, fabrication, installation and maintenance – all of which FUSED Industries can support in the life cycle of your plant’s process piping needs.
As an ASME B31 shop / fabricator, we fabricate and specialty weld a wide variety of pressure piping as applied for Power Piping, Fuel Gas Piping, Process Piping, Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquid Hydrocarbons and Other Liquids, Refrigeration Piping and Heat Transfer Components and Building Services Piping applications.
FUSED Industries is also an authorized manufacturer with S, U and R stamps. The U Stamp certifies FUSED Industries to fabricate pressure vessels and the S Stamp to fabricate power boilers. The R Stamp (The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors) certifies FUSED to perform repairs and alterations to a variety of non-fired pressure tanks and vessels.
API 653 qualified – FUSED is qualified to inspect, repair, alter or reconstruct steel above ground storage tanks used in the petroleum and chemical industries.
API 1104 qualified – FUSED Industries is qualified to support both in service (repair) and new construction welding of pipelines and related facilities. This standard covers the gas and arc welding of butt, fillet, and socket welds in carbon and low-alloy steel piping used in the compression, pumping, and transmission of crude petroleum, petroleum products, fuel gases, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen and, where applicable, covers welding on distribution systems.
